My message indicator is always on but my voicemail is empty.
Check all your messaging options, as you might have a text message in your mailbox. You can also leave a message on your voicemail and retrieve it from your mobile phone. This could remove the message indicator.

I'm a Prepaid customer and I'm unable to to get my airtime balance or to top up by dialling #321 from my mobile phone.
There are two possibilities:
• The platform might be unavailable for a brief moment. Try again later.
• If the problem persists, the dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) option might not be active in your phone menu. This function allows the system to recognize your phone when you call #321. Ensure that this function is activated; see your user guide for more details.
