If you're planning an extended vacation, or period of time away from home (minimum 6 weeks to a maximum of 7 months), take advantage of our temporary programming suspension plan. You can do this using one of our self-serve options for as little as $10/month.*

Create or change a suspension up to a year ahead of time. Cancel or end your suspension in real-time!

You'll need to know the start and end dates of your vacation. Your personal identification number (PIN) is not required for ExpressVu online Self Care. But your 4-digit PIN is required to complete self serve transactions on channel 275 and through our automated system at 1 888 SKY-DISH.
