When setting up Call Control for the first time, remember:

You can customize your Call Control service from home by dialling *95, or online, by logging in to your bell.ca profile (in the My Accounts section). Setting your password when accessing the Call Control service for the first time (either online or by phone), you’ll be prompted to change your temporary password. Your temporary password is the last 4 digits of your home phone number. But your new password can be any combination of 4 to 7 digits. This will be the same password you use to override blocked numbers once Call Control has been activated. Be sure to keep this password confidential.
