If you have no dial tone, try the following before reporting the problem:
If your phones aren't the problem, then it's likely the Bell network or the wiring inside your home. To determine where the problem lies, you will need to test your line at the demarcation point inside the network interface device.

If you bought it from Bell Canada and if it's still within the year's warranty, simply return it with your receipt to a Bell World or Espace Bell store for repair or replacement.
