Current as of November 4, 2009. Available with compatible devices, within coverage areas available from Bell Mobility (EVDO and HSPA /HSPA +) and its partners' network coverage areas. Airtime charges (and long distance charges, if applicable) apply (a) for calls you make, from the time you press "Send" until you press "End" or otherwise disconnect your call; and (b) for calls you receive, from the moment the calling party initiates the call, including ring time, until you press "End" or otherwise disconnect the call. Long distance and roaming charges may apply outside your local area. With data use, charges apply if you do not subscribe to a data plan or unlimited Mobile Browser service and fees may apply for features, content and roaming when outside your local area. Some services require a min. positive balance or they are suspended. $50 one-time fee applies to migrate from a monthly plan to a prepaid plan. As of December 1, 2009, a new municipal tax will apply in Quebec to help fund 911 emergency centres. Set at 40 cents per month by the Government of Quebec, this tax is collected by telephone service providers who remit the required amounts to Revenu Québec. This tax is in addition to the standard 911 Emergency Service fee.
